Dacon Global was an international Power Generation and Security company based in Crestview, FL. I worked as a subcontractor for DG in the mid 2000s, providing IT Help Desk Support, IT System Administration, network design and management, photography and videography. They used Microsoft Exchange Server, Active Directory for email and file sharing and Samsung VoIP for telephony. During my contract with DG, I traveled to Ghana, Africa to support network connectivity for file sharing, email and telecom. I also acquired video and photos while in Africa to support the company’s marketing.
