While NBI Properties’ customer list continued to grow, so did their email list. They wanted a way to reengage their customers in a gentle and meaningful way while keep ing the NBI brand and message in the forefront. NBI already has a great content plan their that keeps their blog current, so I developed an email strategy that uses that strength. The result is a monthly email campaign that is powered by their RSS feed from their blog. This solution shaved a lot of time of the design phase of each email campaign and ensured congruency between the inbox and the website.
